For laboratory physicians, clinics and universities: dentoElisa aMMP-8The dentoElisa aMMP-8 is a quantitative ELISA kit with ready to use (RTU) reagents. An approved in-vitro diagnostic device (CE certified IVD], the ELISA is used to provide quantitative proof of neutrophil aMMP-8 in sulcus fluid (GCF) or peri-implant sulcus fluid (PISF). For the purposes of research, the dentoELISA aMMP-8 can be used also to detect active MMP-8 in serum and in other specimens. The kit is composed of the monoclonal antibodies MoAB 8706 and 8708. Sulcus fluid is taken using GCF/PISF collection strips. The collection strips are then simply placed in tubes and can be sent to the lab within seven days. After laboratory elution, the samples can be stably stored for more than 60 days at 4°C prior to ELISA analysis. Prices and accessories are available upon request. University-Service: Universities receive discounts for research projects. We will gladly advise you in planning your studies. |
